WNW very broad session on outgoing tide. Unfortunately ended session doing the rag doll catapult crossing the spit !!! Busted an upper panel which will require a JF Nautilus fix..  Pointed high and entered the spit on a super broad angle and caught the nose board rail.  Back whipped as I was thrown and nearly hyper extended (All good now). 

2nd crash - catapult in two days this weekend at Shoal. Couldn't use damaged 5.8. Had 5.4 RS in car and shorter boom, but thought I could get away with 6.4 early morning. Tide came in way to quick and on fastest run couldnt hold it at the end. Did a belly flop on re- entry and now dealing with a sore lower mid rib. Winded the life out me.
